1. High temperature resistance: a stable choice under extreme conditions
One of the most striking characteristics of PTFE material is its excellent high temperature resistance. This feature enables PTFE carpet belts to work continuously in a wide temperature range of -70℃ to 260℃ without performance degradation. For some specially treated PTFE cloths, the temperature resistance can even exceed this range and reach a higher level. This high temperature resistance ensures that the carpet belt can maintain structural integrity and physical stability during processes such as high-temperature curing, baking or heat treatment, effectively avoiding deformation or failure caused by temperature changes, thereby ensuring the continuity of the production line and product quality.

PTFE material has the smallest surface tension among solid materials, which gives it extremely strong anti-stickiness. When conveying materials that are easy to stick, such as carpet cloth, PTFE carpet belts can effectively prevent direct contact between the material and the conveyor belt, avoiding damage to the carpet cloth surface or abnormal wear of the conveyor belt due to adhesion. This feature is essential to maintaining the beauty and quality of carpet cloth, especially in complex process flows that require multiple conveying and processing.

In addition, anti-stickiness also means less material residue and reduced risk of cross-contamination, which is particularly important for industries with extremely high hygiene requirements such as food and medicine. The surface of PTFE carpet belts is smooth and not easy to absorb grease, dust or other contaminants, which makes cleaning work extremely simple and efficient.
