Application of Teflon tape in the rubber industry
(1) Ensure complete molding and significantly reduce the scrap rate;
(2) Easy to demould, reducing labor intensity;
(3) No release agent is required, reducing costs and environmental pollution and avoiding affecting rubber vulcanization and adhesion;
(4) There will be no rubber particles stuck to the mold, and there is no need to shut down the mold to clean it, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces mold consumption and energy consumption;
(5) The surface gloss of the finished product is uniform, which greatly improves the product quality;
(6) Teflon coating has adhesion, is not easy to fall off, and is durable.
Advantages of using shoe molds:
1. It is easily removed and touched to avoid glue particles sticking to the mold;
2. No release agent is required to avoid affecting the stick-on effect and to cleanse the environment;
3. Matte rubber outsole with a uniform color;
4. The color mixing phenomenon of the multicolored rubber background is reduced;
5. Phylon (secondary vulcanization) mold does not need to be pre-coated with soapy water, speeding up production and reducing pollution;
6. Significant reductions were made in the scrapping rate;
7. The coating life is more than 4500 times.
